Frosthaven Residences, Latvia

We were approached by a private architecture office to create an architectural layout for apartment buildings near Riga, the capital of Latvia. Due to competition confidentiality, the client's identity remains undisclosed. Despite the time constraint of just one week, we worked diligently to develop a comprehensive proposal.

Our main objective was to design a layout that maximized the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the apartments. We focused on creating a harmonious flow between the living spaces and integrating practical features. Our goal was to offer a thoughtful and efficient design solution that would meet the needs of potential residents.

Throughout the project, we maintained open lines of communication with the client, seeking their input and feedback to ensure our design aligned with their vision. Despite the tight deadline, we managed to deliver a high-quality proposal that showcased our creative approach and attention to detail.
